Sometimes when seeking support, the developer may ask to see your log file. Other times, you may just want to see what ZIBO Updater is doing. There are two ways to get access to the log file:


Method 1 (recommended)

  1. Launch ZIBO Updater
  2. Go to the settings menu (. . .)
  3. Click on Utilities
  4. Click on Export log file
  5. ZIBO Updater will export the log file to your desktop, to a file called ZLog.zip


Method 2*

  1. Press WIN + R on your keyboard
  2. Type in %localappdata%\ZIBO Updater Resources, and press Enter/Return
  3. The log can be found here, called ZIBO Updater.log


* if you cannot start ZIBO Updater, or something is preventing you from exporting the log file
