1. Check that Windows Security/Anti-Virus/Malware software is not blocking either ZIBO Updater.exe, or zu.exe
  2. If the above fails, press WIN+R and type in %localappdata%, and press enter.
  3. Delete the ZIBO_Updater directory, and try running the software again.
